Bravo Shift is a hybrid initiative by Konnect America that equips veterans and disabled veterans with in-class and virtual training in emerging technologies, entrepreneurship, and wellness. Through structured learning environments and in-person based labs, veterans gain practical skills, advanced technological training, mentorship, and purpose-driven support. This program fosters economic empowerment,and training towards advanced career opportunities. Our initiative is a blueprint for sustainable veteran reintegration, combining personal growth with community service and entrepreneurial mentorship.

Technology Training and Skill Development

Konnect America offers technology training workshops tailored to meet the needs of veterans entering or changing careers. In these sessions, veterans learn critical digital skills, from using productivity tools to managing cybersecurity basics. We also provide access to refurbished devices, ensuring that each participant has the tools they need to complete training, job applications, and remote work opportunities.

By helping veterans acquire up-to-date technology skills, we bridge the gap between military experience and civilian career requirements, giving participants a competitive edge in the job market.

Key Program Components

Digital Recon Pods – Technology Training

Veterans receive immersive training in emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, drone operations, and digital productivity tools. These sessions are designed to build confidence and competence in navigating today’s digital workforce.

Code Cohort – Veteran-to-Veteran Tech Mentorship

In Bravo Shift’s Code Cohort model, veterans are intentionally paired with fellow veterans who are already working in the tech industry. This peer-based mentorship fosters a sense of military camaraderie—an essential element of trust, motivation, and shared purpose. These Instructors - mentors understand the discipline, resilience, and mission-driven mindset veterans bring to the table, and they help translate those strengths into career advancement and opportunity. Whether navigating a new coding language or preparing for a tech interview, veterans benefit from guidance that’s not only technical but deeply empathetic and culturally aligned.
