Micro-Enterprise Launchpad: Business planning and mentorship for veteran entrepreneurs.

Konnect America’s Sustainable Future Initiative for Veterans

Our Mission for Sustainability and Circularity

Konnect America is committed to building a sustainable future while empowering veterans with the skills and resources needed to thrive.  Our mission centers on providing comprehensive programs that focus on ensuring veterans a prepared for eco-conscious economy.

Bravo Shift’s Micro-Enterprise Launchpad equips veterans with the tools, mentorship, and strategic guidance needed to launch and sustain their own businesses.  Rooted in principles of sustainability and circularity, this program connects veterans with resources from Konnect America’s network of  Veteran-owned, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, large corporations, small businesses, and entrepreneurial mentors.  These partnerships help veterans build ventures that are not only profitable but socially and environmentally responsible.

To support this journey, we’ve developed “Mission Brief”, a tactical business planning series modeled after military operations. In these sessions, veterans engage in structured dialogues covering financial literacy, market strategy, branding, and resource acquisition.  Led by veteran entrepreneurs and industry experts, Mission Brief fosters confidence, clarity, and camaraderie—ensuring that every participant is mission-ready for business ownership.

Konnect America "Boots to Circularity" Vision

Boots to Circularity is Konnect America’s bold initiative to empower veterans transitioning from active duty with the mindset, skills, and tools to thrive in a sustainable, circular economy.  Bravo Alliance is our strategic network of corporate partners, small business leaders, and entrepreneurial mentors committed to guiding veterans toward sustainable business ownership.  This coalition brings together industry expertise, real-world experience, and a shared mission to empower veterans through mentorship, resource sharing, and circular business development.

"We believe that nothing is impossible for those who have served—and we honor that service by preparing veterans to lead in industries that prioritize resource efficiency, environmental stewardship, and innovation."

Veterans are equipped to build businesses that reflect the values of sustainability and resilience.

This vision is realized through three interconnected components:

Micro-Enterprise Launchpad: Veterans receive business planning support and mentorship from leaders in both large corporations and small enterprises. These partnerships foster circular business models that reduce waste and maximize impact.

  • Tactical Takeoff: A launch strategy for veteran entrepreneurs, this program helps participants develop mission-ready business plans rooted in sustainable practices and community relevance.

  • Mission Brief: A military-inspired business dialogue series where veterans engage in tactical planning around finance, branding, and operations. These sessions are designed to instill confidence and clarity while reinforcing the circularity mindset.

Together, these programs form the driving force behind Boots to Circularity—empowering veterans not only to succeed in civilian life but to become champions of a greener, more equitable future.
